R M LIquid Disposal - Duty of Care
Duty of Care

R M Liquid Disposal Ltd are licensed by the Environment Agency as a waste carrier. This means that once we have collected the liquid waste from site that it is loaded onto one of our various sized vehicles, we are legally allowed to transport the waste to a licensed treatment centre. The driver will issue the customer a job ticket which covers all duty of care regulations, and transfers the responsibility for the disposal of the waste to us.

Once unloaded at a licensed treatment centre, the waste enters the waste system and is processed in accordance with the Environment Agency Regulations, complying with the Duty of Care Regulations at all times, a copy of which is available directly from the Environment Agency website - please click here to see this.

A duplicate of the job ticket which also acts as the transfer note is given to the treatment centre, and this completes the audit trail for the duty of care.
